Terms and conditions
Last updated: 21 September 2026
These terms set out the conditions under which products are sold through this online shop. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and accept the terms below.
1. Who the shop is for
The micropigmentation pigments, needles, cartridges and preparations in this shop are for professional use only. They may be used only by cosmetologists, permanent make-up technicians or other persons qualified in micropigmentation.
By placing an order, the buyer declares on their own responsibility that they hold this qualification. The seller may ask for proof of qualification before delivery and may refuse an order if it is not provided.
2. Products and product information
Descriptions, compositions and instructions for use are those supplied by the manufacturer. The shades shown on screen are reproductions of the official colour chart; the result on skin depends on phototype, undertone, working technique and the way the area heals. Differences in how screens display colour do not constitute a lack of conformity.
A safety data sheet (MSDS) listing the ingredients used in production exists for every shade. It is sent by email on request.
The seller may change the range, descriptions and prices without prior notice. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
3. Prices
All prices in the shop are shown in RON, excluding VAT and excluding shipping. This is the net price of the product.
At checkout the following are added:
- value added tax, at the legal rate applicable to the product;
- shipping, calculated according to the weight of the parcel and the courier chosen.
The total amount payable, including VAT and shipping, is the one shown at the final step of the order and on the invoice.
4. Orders
An order is placed by adding products to the cart and completing the requested details. After submitting the order, the buyer receives an email acknowledging receipt — this does not constitute acceptance of the order.
The contract is concluded when the seller confirms dispatch of the products. The seller may refuse an order, informing the buyer, if the product is out of stock, if a price was displayed incorrectly through an obvious error, or if the order details are incomplete or clearly incorrect.
5. Payment
The available payment methods are those shown at the final checkout step. The invoice is issued in accordance with the tax legislation in force and sent electronically.
6. Delivery
Delivery conditions, times and costs are described on the shipping page. The risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer when the buyer, or a third party designated by them, takes physical possession of the goods.
7. Right of withdrawal
A buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving a reason, under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014. The conditions, the exceptions — including sealed goods unsealed after delivery, for hygiene reasons — and the withdrawal form are set out in the returns policy.
8. Conformity of goods
The seller is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery, under Government Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021. Conformity complaints are sent through the contact form, with the order number and photographs of the product and packaging.
The aesthetic result of a micropigmentation procedure does not constitute a lack of conformity. It depends on the practitioner's technique, the skin type and aftercare, which are outside the seller's control.
9. Liability
The products must be used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and the professional standards applicable to micropigmentation. The seller is not liable for the consequences of use by unqualified persons, failure to follow hygiene rules, or use for purposes other than those indicated.
10. Intellectual property
The names Doreme and adoreME, their logos and presentation materials belong to their respective owners. The content of this website — text, structure, processed photographs — may not be reproduced without written consent.
11. Complaints and dispute resolution
Any complaint should first be sent to the seller through the contact form. If no solution is reached, consumers may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and use the Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL) procedure at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.
12. Governing law
The contract is governed by Romanian law. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the Romanian courts, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers under the law of their country of residence.
